We would love to welcome you to Lakeside Creative Minds. Please note that a spot may not be immediately available. The first step is to add your children/child to our Waitlist by filling out the form below. If you have more than one child that you wish to add to the waitlist, please complete a separate form for each one.

Complete our waitlist form with your child’s details and preferred start date.

Submit Enrolments Documents
Once a space is offered, return your signed enrolment forms with your child’s immunisation record.

Attend Orientation Session
Learn about our daily routines, safety procedures, and parent-educator communication tools.

Your Child First Day
On the first day, we’ll guide you through drop-off routines and settle your child into their classroom.

We recommend applying as early as possible, especially for nursery and toddler programs where availability is limited.
Can I tour the centre before enrolling?
Yes. Families are encouraged to book a tour before submitting an enrolment enquiry.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes, some programs may have a waiting list depending on availability.
Are your programs EYLF compliant?
Yes, all our programs follow the Early Years Learning Framework.
