Our team
The people who look after your child matter more than anything else we can put on a website. We choose educators who want to be here, and we give them the training and the support to do the job properly.
Qualifications
Our team includes educators holding Certificate III and Diploma qualifications in early childhood education and care, and Early Childhood Teachers where the regulations require them. Some are working towards their qualification while they work, which is normal in this sector and means they are supervised accordingly.
We staff each room to the educator-to-child ratios set by the National Quality Framework, planned around the ages and attendance of the children booked in that day.
Safety, screening and child protection
Every educator holds a current Working With Children Check, and we verify qualifications and documents during recruitment, before anyone starts.
Educators complete training in child protection, first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis management. They work to our code of conduct, our child-safe practices, and our policies on behaviour guidance and appropriate interactions with children.
Training that continues
Training does not stop at induction. Educators keep up professional development across child safety, supervision, behaviour guidance, curriculum and programming, inclusion, health and safety, and children’s wellbeing and development.
